Contact details of Raffle Licence Holder: Mr Pete Revell, The National Kidney Federation, The Point, Coach Road, Shireoaks, Worksop, Nottinghamshire S81 8BW.

The National Kidney Federation holds up to 2 raffles each year: the spring draw and the Christmas draw.

These tickets may only be purchased by residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The National Kidney Federation is licensed by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain under the 2005 Gambling Act (www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk). Our licence number is: 000-004751-N-303128-003.

No-one under 16 years of age may purchase or sell raffle tickets. Anyone under 16 years of age who buys a ticket will immediately forfeit the right to any prize.

We take our social responsibility to our supporters seriously and no longer accept credit cards as a payment for the purchase of raffle tickets.

Full payment for each ticket must be received either in the form of cash or cleared funds before the ticket can be entered into the draw. Only tickets for which full payment has been received either in the form of cash or cleared funds are eligible to win the prize.

All prize winners will be notified first by telephone and failing that by post, and results will be published online at www.kidney.org.uk/nkf-draw. We may ask winners to participate in future publicity.

There are no alternatives to any prize and all prizes will be paid by cheque. The National Kidney Federation requires written confirmation that winners would like to receive their prize, if they have been sold a ticket by a National Kidney Federation supporter.

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the latter sent to the registered address within 28 days of the draw, they will automatically forego their right to claim the prize.

In the event of a cheque not being banked we will hold the prize for a maximum of six months. A registered letter will be sent to the last contact address and a further 14 days will be allowed to respond. After this period the prize will be deemed to be forfeited and will be allocated to The National Kidney Federation as a donation.

The draw will be conducted and approved by an independent person.

Based on the average number of tickets sold in our raffles over the last two years, each ticket bought has a 1 in 800 chance of winning a prize. The likelihood of a supporter winning a prize will differ depending on the amount of tickets sold for the draw and how many tickets bought by the individual.

Of the £11,446.91 received in ticket sales for The National Kidney Federation spring raffle in 2021, just £813.60 was spent on expenses, £2,000 on prizes and £8,633.31 came back to the Charity to fund our work supporting kidney patients and their families.
